Experience Designer
As an Experience Designer I create experiences which activates the full potential of human intelligence in order to nudge shift in perception and contribute to meaningful transformations in life.
To me the foundation is to design for presence, and human connection, moving people out of a busy mind and into the present moment, no matter which context the work is crafted for.
With a background in the fields of Performance Art, Dance, Circus, and Yoga I actively use my creative knowledge combined with multi-sensory design and neuroscientific insights in order to design for wellbeing and reach the experiencer with emotional and rational impact.
My Projects
CO-COON:
-
Co-coon is a community care project, a space for rest and regeneration during a busy everyday life. Through designing Co-cooning spaces, as well as facilitating collective rest-sessions, co-creative workshops and healing rituals the project helps people to connect to themselves, bottom up regulate their nervous system and prevent burn out at workplaces and institutions.
Co-coon is a multi-sensory space for rest, proposing conscious regenerative breaks in the work-day rather than overwhelm and constant stimulation.
The project uses the metaphor of the cocoon – the transformational space from larvae to moth – as a guiding principle in creating such liminal spaces in our day to day routines.
SIMPLE PRINCIPLES OF FLYING:
Simple Principles of Flying (SPOF) is a workshop that provides creative teams with physical, bodily references around topics such as trust, support, communication and self-leadership.
The learning design is benefitting all kind of groups and teams working collaboratively together and who are looking for ways to enhance their performance, culture and wellbeing at work. Blending Process Design, Experience Design, playfulness, movement and consulting I guide teams to connect deeper with each other in order to co-create new ways of working together.
